Published on 16 January 2020

If you’ve registered to receive updates from us, and you haven’t received any, you should check your junk/spam email folder and add us to your ‘Safe Senders’ list. It’s easy to do, if you aren’t sure how, see below.

Microsoft Outlook on your Desktop

  • Check your ‘Junk e-mail’ folder
  • Right-click our update email
  • On the menu displayed move your mouse over or tap Junk
  • In the menu that pops up, click or tap on ‘Never block sender’
  • You’ll then get a pop up saying: ‘The sender of the selected message has been added to your Safe Senders List.’
  • Click ‘OK’

Outlook Web

  • Find our update email and open it. (It may be in your junk or spam email folder)
  • Click the “Wait it’s safe” link
  • Mark Sender as “Wait it’s safe!”

iPhone Mail App (iOS)

  • Open your mail app and go to the junk folder
  • Find the email you’d like to whitelist and slide your finger left to see options
  • Tap the ‘More’ button, and then ‘Mark…’ button
  • Select “Mark as not junk”
  • This will then move the email to your Inbox and any mail from this address will then go straight to your inbox

  • Search for our update emails
  • Open the email
  • Use the drop down menu, top right, and click ‘Report not spam’
