Not receiving JSaRC Updates?
If you’ve registered to receive updates from us, and you haven’t received any, you should check your junk/spam email folder and add us to your ‘Safe Senders’ list. It’s easy to do, if you aren’t sure how, see below.
Microsoft Outlook on your Desktop
- Check your ‘Junk e-mail’ folder
- Right-click our update email
- On the menu displayed move your mouse over or tap Junk
- In the menu that pops up, click or tap on ‘Never block sender’
- You’ll then get a pop up saying: ‘The sender of the selected message has been added to your Safe Senders List.’
- Click ‘OK’
Outlook Web
- Find our update email and open it. (It may be in your junk or spam email folder)
- Click the “Wait it’s safe” link
- Mark Sender as “Wait it’s safe!”
iPhone Mail App (iOS)
- Open your mail app and go to the junk folder
- Find the email you’d like to whitelist and slide your finger left to see options
- Tap the ‘More’ button, and then ‘Mark…’ button
- Select “Mark as not junk”
- This will then move the email to your Inbox and any mail from this address will then go straight to your inbox
Google (Gmail)
- Open the spam folder
- Search for our update emails
- Open the email
- Use the drop down menu, top right, and click ‘Report not spam’
